Under his leadership, the city has seen record growth, new jobs, and major improvements in infrastructure and public safety. Voting Information

Early Voting

Hidalgo County voters can begin casting their ballots on October 20, 2025, with early voting running through October 31. Polls will be open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During early voting, residents may vote at any polling location across the county. For those who prefer to vote within Edinburg city limits, three locations are available:
